This is the place for the people. Everything is affordable. The music is good. The crews are fine

On November 25, 2023, I witnessed the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors. Based on this, an appeal was created to Rospotrebnadzor, and a statement was also drawn up in the authorized bodies. The address of the establishment is Moscow, Tverskaya Street 17. When contacting the administrator, the answer was given that he was not present during the service, and was not in the establishment: what kind of administrator is this? After these underage boys consumed a number of alcoholic drinks, one of them brazenly attacked the Client at the next table. Where was the administration you ask?! No where! The administration tried to quickly expel both parties from the establishment; we have no business here with words. Bravo!
Please check this establishment! The police arrived at the scene in a pestilential manner, while the administrator ran out into the street, repeating the phrase I didn’t see, I wasn’t there. You were not; but no one canceled the cameras!
Pros: cheap
Cons: insanely slow service due to high traffic. The staff just doesn't bother to visit your table, you can sit for an hour until they notice you unless you scream across the room to get someone's attention. 22 April 2021, 18.20-19.10+ we have asked for menu after 30 minutes of waiting after we ASKED for it. After that we waited 20 minutes(might be more, we're still waiting as I'm making that review) and literally nobody approached us to take an order, not even the staff member that gave us that menu despite he went past us multiple times.
I do not recommend unless you're comfortable shouting through the entire bar.
For three days (!) we couldn’t get through to the establishment to book a table for the required date, and as a result, on day X they deigned to answer us and say that everything was booked, we need to come after the fact. Okay, apparently you need to book at least a week in advance, got it. We arrived, there was zero reaction from the employees, well, we somehow found an UNRESERVED seat, sat down ourselves and called the waiter. And now, after about 10 minutes of our stay in the establishment, it turns out that this table was reserved. In response to a reasonable question whether there were any free tables, the employee simply left))) Please inform the employees that they need to at least sometimes answer the phone and notify guests about the lack of empty seats IMMEDIATELY at the entrance)))
I am very easy-going and I understand that for that kind of money, few people will really work there well, but since this establishment is working, then let me serve you with dignity and not make you wait for orders for 40 minutes, the staff of this establishment should explain that if they are there work, then let them please, at least not beam at the sight of a guest, but no one has canceled the rules of decency and behave appropriately, and if you don’t like it, as my favorite politician said, the suitcase-station is not... and then you know. The management of these establishments, increase the motivation for employees, you have a hot spot there, add more employees, preferably adequate ones who want to really earn money.
It’s immediately worth noting the special (cozy) atmosphere throughout your stay in the restaurant. The dishes are designed for different tastes and budgets (the prices are very affordable), and the 25% discount for students simply cannot leave you indifferent))) The waiters do their job efficiently, serving customers promptly.
We were pleased with our visit to this establishment. It was nice that if you are against hookahs, then you will definitely be given a good place away from them, although it was intrusively offered by the hookah man, but these are minor things. Therefore, it will be convenient for those who are careful about their health) They would also slightly correct the video sequence on TVs, which was rather distracting. The ordered dishes were very beautifully presented and prepared. In general, I had only positive emotions after visiting Syto Piano.

Incredibly long wait for an order. We waited more than 40 minutes for drinks to be served, and we waited for about an hour for the food we ordered.
The Aperol Spritz cocktail has no taste and only very remotely has anything in common with the popular drink.
The rolls were good for the money, but nothing more. The waiters are not very attentive. In general, not very full and, unfortunately, not very drunk.
I do not recommend visiting.
